Bill Hahn started on the pole and captured his first UMP Late Model Feature win of the year at Oakshade Raceway on Saturday night.

Brad Eitniear and Bill Hahn battled for the lead early in the feature event that ran caution free. Hahn eventually won the battle and began to extend his lead.

Zack Olger moved into second by lap three and closed in on Hahn. Olger caught him by lap 11 and got alongside for the lead. Olger's progress was thwarted by a lapped car that he had to check up for. Olger was unable to recover to mount another challenge and fell back to third after Rody Schroyer, Oakshade's UMP Late Model points leader, passed him on lap 16.

Ponderosa Speedway Super Late Models $1,500/Pro Late Models $1,000 to Win June 13

Junction City, Kentucky-June 8, 2008- “Kentucky’s Baddest Bullring”, Ponderosa Speedway in Junction City, KY, will return with racing action on June 13 at the  3/8 mile clay oval located on the Boyle/Lincoln County border, promoted by Larry, Chad, and Sarah Yantz. 

The racing program scheduled for Friday June 13, will feature the Good Neighbor Pharmacy Super Late Models racing for $1,500 to win and the Kentucky National Guard Pro Late Models racing for $1,000 to win.  Also on the racing program for June 13 will be full program of weekly racing series competition for the Hardee’s Modifieds and SkyTower Power Race Engines Sportsman.

World of Outlaws Late Model Series News & Notes: Clanton Is Top Outlaw In Saturday’s Dirt Late Model Dream Event At Eldora Speedway

ROSSBURG, OH – June 8, 2008 – Shane Clanton likes his new Rocket car. He really, really likes it.

 After driving to a solid third-place finish in Saturday night’s 100-lap Dirt Late Model Dream XIV at Eldora Speedway, the World of Outlaws Late Model Series standout from Locust Grove, Ga., had nothing but praise for his RSD Enterprises machine.
