Who is R.I.C.?

Racers in Christ (R.I.C.) began in 1998 in the heart of Carl Dillow II. Carl saw a great need at local race tracks to share the love of God with fellow drivers and fans. R.I.C.'s beginnings included prayer and a short devotional before the race. and a clown ministry to fans during intermission with "RIC" the clown.

Today, R.I.C. seeks to reach out to the community through children’s programs, drama, music and family fun to share the love of God. Jesse and Tony Dillow, along with Richard and Beckey Jenkins working together to reach out to other race teams, people at the race tracks, and those in the community.

About the Ministry

Some of R.I.C.’s outreaches include: radio programs, church services, church camps, child adoption awareness, vacation bible schools, parades and grand openings for local businesses. They are open to new ideas to reach out into the community and share the gospel of Jesus. RIC is based in the Tri-state area of Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia, and is a ministry extension of Fairview Baptist Church in Westwood, KY. RIC is designed to promote good sportsmanship, racing awareness, and most importantly, to share the good news that Jesus saves and God loves you! This ministry survives through contributions of those who believe in this ministry as well as race car sponsorships and advertising.
